  I placed a $35 breakfast order through GrubHub (as a GrubHub+ member) for myself and my fiancé, and what I experienced was completely unacceptable. When the order arrived, I met the driver at the door only to discover that not a single item I ordered was included. Instead, I was handed someone else’s order labeled for “Joe F” through DoorDash. The driver confirmed that this is exactly what the restaurant gave him. That means at no point did anyone at this location bother to verify the order before sending it out. Let’s be clear: this wasn’t a small mistake. This was a total operational failure. I ordered multiple breakfast combos, a Honey Buddy biscuit, and French toast sticks. What I received was a completely unrelated meal. There is no excuse for this level of incompetence. If your staff cannot handle the most basic responsibility ensuring the correct order goes to the correct customer what else are they failing to do? Are food safety procedures being ignored? Are quality checks nonexistent? Because this level of negligence raises serious concerns. Perhaps this location needs a visit from the health department to confirm things are being done properly. What makes this even worse is that this is not an isolated incident. Every time I’ve visited this location in person, I’ve had issues with order accuracy and food quality. This is a pattern, not a one-off mistake. It points directly to poor leadership, lack of accountability, and complete breakdown in management from top to bottom. Wendy’s promotes “Quality is our Recipe,” along with commitments to operational excellence and “Fast Food Done Right,” a standard rooted in the vision of Dave Thomas. Nothing about this experience reflects those values not even remotely. At this point, this location is not just underperforming it is actively damaging the brand. There is a clear and urgent need for intervention. Whether that means a complete overhaul of management and staff or corporate stepping in directly and revoking franchise licenses, something needs to change immediately. This experience was beyond disappointing it was unacceptable.

  I love there breakfast sandwiches!!! But all Wendy's have terrible burgers now!!! Their burgers were the best!!! now the burgers are dry as can be!!!! I really miss a good juice Wendy's burger!!!!

  Doordashing in the snow and you have 4+ employees and I was told you are understaffed and that’s why my dash order of nuggets and fries is delayed. At this point over 5 minutes past the time. I am the only customer in the store and drive through had no cars when I got here. Employees are nice but lacking quickness and service.

  Every time I come here the manger is screaming at the workers and there's always a long wait. I feel bad for the staff
