Worse dinning experience ever. Music was so loud you had to almost scream at each other to have a conversation. Ask to have the volume lowered but my request was totally ignored. Sat down in the dining area and you could hear the kitchen crew shouting at each other about orders.
Got the chips with cheese dip with the meal. The top chips were whole but the bottom half was nothing but crumbs. Last time I’ll go to Taco Bell.
Ordered at drive thru at 10:28pm. After watching everyone else come and go, both inside and outside, we pulled back up to the drive thru to inquire about our order. They didn't have it ready. No idea why or how. A lady (manager?) took my reciept, mentioned she was just getting back and didn't know what happened, and closed the window, Asked several more times by 3 different people for the name on my order. Left to sit in drive thru until my order was finally ready at 11:17pm. I was handed my food and they closed the window with nothing more said. Thankfully, the food was good, presumably because it had just been made. Definitely won't be back.

All 3 of my tacos were broken and they barely had anything in them, it was disappointing. I do like the new store but they need to work on the food quality. The vanilla cream soda freeze is delicious.
It’s rare that I leave a 5-star review these days, but I had to recognize the amazing customer service here. Even though their computers were down (possibly from the storm last night), the team went above and beyond to make sure I still got my food.
On the downside, their grill wasn’t working, so my quesadilla ended up being more steamed than grilled. Not ideal but I understand that things happen, especially in fast food.
I will say, I visited another location recently and had a much worse experience sat in the drive-thru for at least 3 minutes with no communication, even while employees walked past the window without acknowledging customers. That kind of service really stands out in a negative way.
The Red Lion location, however, consistently delivers top-tier customer service compared to others. Even with a few hiccups, their effort and attitude make all the difference. Lower stars at times are understandable this is fast food, and challenges come up, especially with newer locations and staff. Give them some grace they’re trying.

I’ve gone to this location daily, sometimes multiple times a day, and not one time has my order been hot, not one time has my order been complete, and not one time have I been given my food while actually at the drive-through window. Tonight’s meal was given to me tossed in the bag. Fries turned upside down each wrapper, for every item was wet, how? I mean wet, as I pulled items out of the bag, they literally fell out of the wrapper. How??
I understand the location is new, but the level of competency needed to be evaluated. Last night I asked for a soda with my meal, the guy that took the order asked me if I wanted it large, I said yes, then failed to give it to me as I sat in the pick up spot. When I went into the location to request the missing item, he acted like he did me a favor by saying you didn’t ask for one but I’ll give it to you. I would have paid for the item I’m asking for because I wanted it. Granted it was not on the receipt, but that doesn’t mean I didn’t order it. I asked for it and you asked the size, REPEATED large Pepsi and had it ready at the drive thru when I paid and you told me to pull to the side. I know this was mine becuse the only OTHER person waiting to receive their food didn’t get a drink and the front was closed. Come on.
I’ve always have to double or sometimes triple check this bag to make sure that I wasn’t missing anything and I always am. With each and every order I am missing something. I am traumatized to move because it never fails. The attitude of one of the female employees is atrocious. Asking her a simple question results in a straight up attitude. I just want to know how much longer I have to wait because I can sit in my car if it’s more than a few mins.
When I’ve asked about missing items, I met with attitudes from the staff. Simple questions are met with, “ You’re just gonna have to wait. We’re busy.” Like damn, I know yall get treated bad by customers but I make sure to not do that and explain I just want the question answered. I just want my food. The portion control tonight was nonexistent. I ordered the nachos with dip and received an entire cup of cheese. None of the modifications I asked for were given. It was nachos and cheese. Again wet wrappers. Went in for my missing nachos and the bag was greasy. Come on man.
