    By far the slowest location. I've waited close to an hour multiple times for a single burrito. And they don't sell the Supreme Luxe box like every other location which makes no sense, just keeping prices higher than they need to be. I like that's it's closer than the others, but really it's a nightmare each and every time.

    I’ve gone to this location daily, sometimes multiple times a day, and not one time has my order been hot, not one time has my order been complete, and not one time have I been given my food while actually at the drive-through window. Tonight’s meal was given to me tossed in the bag. Fries turned upside down each wrapper, for every item was wet, how? I mean wet, as I pulled items out of the bag, they literally fell out of the wrapper. How?? I understand the location is new, but the level of competency needed to be evaluated. Last night I asked for a soda with my meal, the guy that took the order asked me if I wanted it large, I said yes, then failed to give it to me as I sat in the pick up spot. When I went into the location to request the missing item, he acted like he did me a favor by saying you didn’t ask for one but I’ll give it to you. I would have paid for the item I’m asking for because I wanted it. Granted it was not on the receipt, but that doesn’t mean I didn’t order it. I asked for it and you asked the size, REPEATED large Pepsi and had it ready at the drive thru when I paid and you told me to pull to the side. I know this was mine becuse the only OTHER person waiting to receive their food didn’t get a drink and the front was closed. Come on. I’ve always have to double or sometimes triple check this bag to make sure that I wasn’t missing anything and I always am. With each and every order I am missing something. I am traumatized to move because it never fails. The attitude of one of the female employees is atrocious. Asking her a simple question results in a straight up attitude. I just want to know how much longer I have to wait because I can sit in my car if it’s more than a few mins. When I’ve asked about missing items, I met with attitudes from the staff. Simple questions are met with, “ You’re just gonna have to wait. We’re busy.” Like damn, I know yall get treated bad by customers but I make sure to not do that and explain I just want the question answered. I just want my food. The portion control tonight was nonexistent. I ordered the nachos with dip and received an entire cup of cheese. None of the modifications I asked for were given. It was nachos and cheese. Again wet wrappers. Went in for my missing nachos and the bag was greasy. Come on man.

    The place is new and visually pleasant, but unfortunately the service was disappointing. The staff appeared inefficient and not very welcoming. They made mistakes with the order before ours as well as with a take-out order. There were only three customers at the time, yet two of the three orders were incorrect. The establishment also did not appear very clean; there was visible dust on the drink counter and the tables were dirty. With six employees present, the overall organization and attention to detail should have been much better.

    They have no sense of urgency. You can order online 10 minutes ahead of time for a singular quesadilla and they will clear a full drive thru of about 10 cars before even starting your 1 item. I get it’s new but they don’t speak to anyone that comes in. Will wait forever to take your order. And then make it incorrectly.

    Highly disappointed with the food from this Taco Bell. There was barely any meat, lettuce, tomatoes, and sour cream in my tacos. So little sustenance that I had to eat a bowl of cereal for dinner. A. Bowl. Of. Cereal. I was so excited to finally have a Taco Bell near our home & this was such a let down. I will never eat here again & will tell everyone to stay away & save your hard earned money.
