& lastly ordered the Mexican Pizza the only part of my order that was right!!
Think the problem is they're more worried about getting people through the line as fast as they can instead of getting orders correct!! Very disappointed I was so excited for this to come to Red Lion too.

Been here twice now. This brand new Taco Bell is disappointing at best. The food is of typical Taco Bell quality, if the staff gets it right. I understand that this is a new facility and they are getting slammed right now, but I cannot look beyond the behavior of the staff. The restaurant doesn't feel clean and there is no one manning the front. They are so concerned with themselves in the back that they failed to take care of the very crowded interior and the customers waiting. Since everything is ordered on kiosks, there is no one to get your drinks cups from. And to get someone's attention from behind the counter is almost impossible even when they call your name with your order. Essentially to get your order corrected, you have to be just as rude as the people behind the counter. The first time I was there, they failed to give me my guacamole that I paid extra for. The second time I was there they messed up both my sons order and mine. They failed to give us the Chalupa in my son's box and missed my cheesy gordita crunch . I will not be returning anytime soon. I would've expected that a brand new Taco Bell would've had very well trained staff and management. But I guess they're just are not any standards in the fast food industry anymore.

1st time at the new store in Red Lion, everything was going fine until they forgot one of my items which is usually no big deal, mistakes happen but then when I got 3/4 of the way done with my burrito I bit into a piece of plastic… now that is where I draw the line. Definitely will not be going back, very disappointed.

I've gone twice through the drive thru so far.
Both times they were giggling and not sure what my order was, when I ordered online and told them at the speaker.
Seems like a bunch of kids who are not there to work. Laughing so hard they could barely talk to me.
The food was disappointing. Cold cup of cheese sauce and the red tortilla strips tasted very stale like they leave them sit out overnight....
I was very excited for this new location but with their choice of employees I don't feel safe eating here.

Ordered from mobile app at 2:31pm. 4 other groups order their food and received it before I got mine.
I say something to the person and they say "oh your order is behind" and then starts to make it. They hadn't even started.
They spent 20 minutes ignoring my order and spent 6 minutes making it.
Ridiculous. If I didn't say anything I would have waited all day
2 stars because at least they got my order right
