  I want her to get some food from the hot bar But it didn’t look sanitary or edible I wouldn’t feed that to An animal.. Absolutely disgusting. So I went over to the rotisserie chicken And there was none so I asked a manager if there was no rotisserie out did they still give a free one on the next time? She got so upset with me and said we don’t do that anymore. Then she tried to hand me a chicken that was six hours old I know firsthand that they only have a four hour shelf life Then they treated me like I was the bad guy

  This store seems to enjoy finding ways to irritate their customers. They have very few human cashiers, which forces you to self-checkout. The self-checkout systems are MADDENING, so I avoid them. Anybody who tries to use the self-checkout systems usually ends up talking to themselves or or the systems. The overseer of the system is constantly helping people because nobody can use them without help. THEY SUCK! So, the best option is the scan guns you can get with a bonus card at the door. This system is great or was great, except its old. There are many guns that no longer work correctly. Half the time when you scan your card, it won't actually give you a gun. Now I have decided to use the Scan It App on mu phone, again it works pretty good. Today I was let down by this system. When I checked out, I was tagged for an audit. Now the poor person overseeing check-out had to take my bonus card, walk to the scan gun rack and get a gun to do the audit. 10 minutes later I was through checkout. What an absolute disaster.
