I usually love this location, I guess this morning they got a new freshly graduated "manager". We ordered 2 assorted-only chocolate and plain munchkins (was stated through drive thru when placed). We check order and received assorted with all three munchkin flavors. Went back through drive thru, stated the issue and was greeted by a very nasty, attitude fueled little girl. Who tried to give us a vocabulary lesson through the speaker. I not so kindly, because I treat you the way you treat me, pulled up the webster dictionary definition on my phone and tried to tell her that assorted means more than one. She very rudely said "well I work here and assorted means this" and THREW the bag of donut holes into my car. Slammed her little window shut. So whoever owns this franchise you should probably get a new employee because I'm telling everyone I know and on here to NEVER come back.

How will I get my birthday rewards?

Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
