Today, I went through your drive-through and experienced something that was deeply upsetting and unacceptable. As someone with a multicultural background and an accent, I was mocked and laughed at by employees while placing my order. One associate started making fun of my accent, and I could hear others laughing in the background.
Thankfully, another employee stepped in and took over the order in a professional manner, but the mocking and inappropriate comments continued from the background. When I drove up to pay, I could still hear the employees making ignorant and disrespectful remarks about me.
This behavior is unprofessional, discriminatory, and deeply offensive. No customer should ever be treated this way. I consider this a case of prejudice and racial discrimination. Racism and mockery based on someone’s accent or background are never acceptable.
I ask that this matter be taken seriously, that the staff involved be properly trained and held accountable, and that steps are taken to ensure this does not happen to anyone else in the future.

This place is run like a sleepy mess. So. Very. Slow. And three attempts to get the meals right. Three attempts. That said always a good sandwich.
