My wife and I had a frustrating experience at this Wendy’s. We ordered our food to go, but it was prepared for dine-in and had to be repacked. One burger was missing the pickles we specifically asked for, and the lemonade barely had any ice.
While one employee tried to help, several staff members were on their phones, and the manager chose to just watch us leave instead of addressing the issue.
This wasn’t just a small mistake—it showed a clear lack of attention and accountability. Do better.

had a frustrating experience at this Wendy’s location. I ordered my food to go, but it was prepared as if I were dining in, so it had to be repacked. I also specifically asked for pickles on one of my burgers, but when I checked my order in the car, the burger didn’t have any.
On top of that, my lemonade barely had any ice, even though I never asked for light ice. It just felt like there was a lack of attention to detail throughout my order.
While one employee was kind enough to remind the kitchen to add pickles, I noticed several staff members on their phones instead of focusing on their work. As I was leaving, I could see the manager just watching me walk out instead of stepping in to address the situation.
Overall, the service and quality control really need improvement. I hope management takes this feedback seriously or even hire new management for this store I’ve never had a bad experience with Wendy’s like this one. Usually one of these is the number one on my list to get fast food and I’m just very disappointed by this location today!

Placed a drive through mobile order at 8:30 PM. The drive through was closed and everything was closed, yet, workers were still inside and didn't even tell people who were waiting that they were closed earlier than their posted closure signs which was supposed to be at 10:00 PM, not 8:00 PM. Since I thought they weren't just taking drive through orders, I changed it to carry out, but it turns out, the doors were also locked and they just took my money without giving me food. On google and the Wendy's app, they were "open" and you were able to put orders through still. If they're gonna close earlier than their posted hours, they need to update that instead of allowing 20+ people to waste their time waiting at a closed Wendy's store without telling them that they are closed. I didn't think I could ever see a Wendy's this bad

Went through drive through to order food for my son, I stood there for maybe 3/4 mins before this grown man asked “what did you want” I told him what I wanted and he goes “sauce and juice” in such an ugly tone when I asked for apple juice he says “I don’t have apple juice” in the rudest tone ever and I told him he’s being rude so he completely stopped taking my order and didn’t even answered back. Wendy’s do better there’s so many people out here that really need and want a job a you guys have people like that miserable “man” on your window taking orders making the business lose money eww

I went to the drive-thru ( no one behind me) and had to pull up closer to the menu to read it for literally a few seconds. I backed up a little so I was in front of the intercom and the shift manager, Lilly, came on and got snarky to me. I started explaining that I had to pull up closer to the menu and she cut me off. She was very rude. I placed my order, but afterwards wished I would have just left. I don't have problems like this at Burger King or Dairy Queen. I will never eat at a Wendy's again. I don't appreciate being talked to the way she did. Too many other places to go to.
