  I wasn't going to say anything but this last time was the final straw. I placed an online order and paid. Order showed that it was complete. Stopped to pick it up and doors were locked and store was dark. I called and there was no answer. So now I'm out my reward dollars as well as the balance remaining. Never know if the store is going to be open. Employee smokes in the kitchen with the door propped. Best to just go to anther location. I couldn't find a number to call that I could get a live person at Subway corporate so I ended up sending a message through the website. Went back to the location late in the day and they were open. Was told that They didn't know how to issue a refund and that the manager wouldn't be in until the morning. Or I could "Call Corporate". Waited until the next day when they were supposed to be open and of course no one answers the phone

  0 starrs subway! Nothing was fresh, bread was dry, tuna had a disgusting smell. I think that the health department should visit here. 4 years ago I gave this place 5 stars.

  Normally Very Good. Sometimes it can be slow but its normally quick and easy. Its a typical Subway you find.
