    I’m not usually somebody to leave reviews, but I will never return to this location ever again. I placed an order on the mobile app for pick up and followed the instructions on the app. I arrived at the store, parked in the spot and entered my stall number in the app, and then I sat, and I waited. I waited for 30 minutes for a medium milkshake. I will never come here again.

    I don't drive so I usually order through door dash and I don't order from Sonic very often but today I wanted a smash burger and some tots. Bag was ripped on the side like it was packaged carelessly. Burgers were super messy and one was placed upside down in the box. Boxes were also a bit smashed and the food was cold. They didn't give us the chili cheese dog we ordered. THEY ALWAYS FORGET THE CHILI CHEESE DOG! and they also forgot one of our tots. May be better off ordering in person... Or maybe not considering some of the other reviews I've read.

    Mobile order for food & slushies. Employee comes out with food only, says slushy machine is broken, I ask for those items to be refunded. He explains refunds might only work 50% of the time. Goes back inside with all of our food, comes back with receipt only in hand & refunded the entire order which is not at all what I asked for. He says they definitely can't only refund certain items, its refund all or nothing... Fix your slushy machine & fix your refunds that might work 50% of the time but only on 100% of the order. 100% won't go back. 100% you shouldn't either.

    I went a couple hours before they even closed, pull into the booth and pressed the button, took them 15 mimutes to answer the call, the speaker was so quiet couldn't even here them talk, but was eventually told, drive thru only, so I pulled into the drive thru, again couldn't hear them from that speaker, only caught pull to window. When I get to the window the girl says, we are doing fryer stuff and drinks only because "we already cleaned the grill" was 3 hours before they closed. And i could tell she was high and had a small smell of weed, could also see that they were doing all of their closing, before they even ate supposed to close. WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN UNTIL THEY FIX THE PROBLEMS.

    Please please please read this before eating at this location. I was sold raw meat!!! Completely uncooked chicken, and the worst part is that it was a children’s meal. I have posted pictures and they speak for themselves. Staff is aware that this happened and the only person that showed concern was the manager, only because she understood the severity of the situation. The rest of the employees could care less. I have no doubt in my mind that the cooks are aware of what they did, because after showing them the raw chicken, it was nothing to them. If you have suffered from food poisoning after eating at this location, I suggest that you call the proper authorities for food control. I will be doing everything possible to make sure every needed person is aware of what is going on. This review is just the beginning, And I will be taking further legal action to prevent this from happening again. Thankfully, the urgent care is just across the parking lot and my family was able to get seen right after the incident.
