  Sizzling Bites in Reading catered for our meeting of 50 people and they were amazing to work with. The food was amazing. They were able to accommodate us even though we needed the food during lunch rush. They were so pleasant to work with and even sent supplies for the catering! They even sent huge bottles of the sauces. We look forward to ordering again! Thanks again.

  The food was very fresh. Me and my family enjoyed this place. I came all the way from North Carolina to visit family in Reading Pennsylvania and came across this place.♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️ customer service was incredible. Thank you so much and I will be coming back.

  Customer service suck!!!!!!!!!! Machine were down wasn't able to order with an actual person. They gave attitude when I wanted to order inperson. I let them know that their machine was not working properly and made me still wait fifteen minutes before I can put the order in. Never again the place was empty

  My experience with Sizzling Bites was extremely disappointing due to poor customer service and lack of communication. There was no clear update about my order, which left me confused and frustrated. What made the situation worse was seeing other orders, including DoorDash deliveries, being prepared and sent out while mine was being ignored without any explanation. It felt unprofessional and inconsiderate, especially as a paying customer who expected the same level of service. Overall, the experience showed a clear lack of organization and respect for customers’ time.

  Great food with great taste. Simple & healthy good. Menu is also so simple with all the Halal meat. Order can be placed with their mobile app or kiosk inside or at the counter directly. Tried all the options to place the order and all worked so smooth. All the pickup are at other end of the order. Post placing the order, we've to wait. Once the food is ready, they will announce the name of the person who placed the order. Price & quantity are reasonable. Add-ons are extra price. In the 2 variety of the rice, the yellow rice tastes good. Good to try all the sauces such as white, green, hot sauce. Nothing is spicy. If we need more spicy, we can ask them to add extra hot sauce. One platter is sufficient enough for 1 person. All kind of payments are accepted. Plenty of seating available for dine in. This attracts lot of customers. They do have restrooms inside. Only 1 person can access at a time.
