  Be aware that online specials aren’t exactly as advertised. I ordered the large 5 topping pizza, online deal, for $10. It had the 5 toppings I ordered but each topping was 1/4 the quantity size of the normal individual topping when I order a 1 topping pizza. This pizza was basically a 1 topping large pizza with 5 toppings equal to a normal 1 topping. Only 2 slices had 2 pepperoni on it the rest had just 1 pepperoni. 2 other slices had no, zero, peppers on it, the rest had hardly any on them. A deal is not always a good deal. You don’t get what you think you’re getting, at least I didn’t with this “online deal”. It’s a shame. Pizza Hut has a decent reputation. It seems the franchise doesn’t appreciate corporate “Pizza Hut” deals offered online that the franchise is obligated to honor.

  Make sure you double check your order. I order a Pan pizza and got some thin thing instead. Unfortunately I did not realize this until I got home.

  I ordered 2 pizzas today with 5 toppings each. One pizza was made correct and one had 2 toppings missing so I realized after eating half of the pizza the toppings were missing. So I called the store and talked to the manager that one of my pizzas had 2 toppings missing and the giy was telling me that he made the pizza and stated he made the pizza correctly. Then I asked him to check cameras and then he told me he doesn’t have access to them. Then I asked to talk to the manager then he stated that he is the manager and he is telling me that he has made both pizzas correctly and is asking me to bring the pizza back to see the pizza and make The pizza and he is refusing the make the pizza before I get there. He said he wants to see the pizza before he starts making the pizza. Then I went to the store, showed him the pizza that has 2 toppings missing. He acknowledged that and then told me he can not give me a pizza because it is only have a pizza. He is not apologizing but he called the local authority on me. After they arrived, I spoke to them that it was made wrong and he still did not apologize that it is their mistake and refused to make a pizza and ask me to leave the place. This is a kind of people work at this Pizza Hut that do not apologize on their mistakes and tell the customer that you are lying. After seeing the pizza has 2 toppings missing, still the guy hasn’t apologized. I will never go there again. Pizza Hut corporate should have taken action on this. To have this situation solved, manager should have called an apologized otherwise we will not go to this Pizza Hut again. Only thing I was telling him is that I’m right.

  Stop ordering chain pizza. Go to your local pizzeria and spend your money there. The pizza tasted like it came out of an easy bake oven. Garlic sticks were total garbage along with the chicken bites. Even the marinara sauce was terrible! How do you mess up marinara sauce? It’s because everything is brought in a big box truck and heated up in the kitchen. I’d be surprised if they even had a traditional oven. We paid $35 and seriously regret it.
