  I will never be ordering from here again just the fact that we waited for our pizza three hours and turns out to be that my pizza was giving to the wrong customer and I had to wait for my order to be redo and my Uber driver was waiting there 45 minutes for my order to be ready all over again and they didn’t even apologize until I threatened them to call corporate and receive my money back. I just think that that is the worst way to run a company. The least you can do is say you’re sorry about what happened and apologizing and give the customer their money back not after making a big scene.

  Put a delivery in for 3pm.. 45 minutes past 3 my food never arrived, so I called. They said they were waiting for a driver. I said it's been almost an hr. So I went and picked it up. The driver lady came in behind me. I said I hope you refund my delivery fee. The lady said is it for so and so. I said yea. She said I just got the notification 2 minutes ago. I said we'll I put this in for 3pm delivery for my kids and walked out.

  Went inside the store and order two pizza and was charged 27 plus for two mediums, the guy would not give me no coupons from online or any carry out deals 1/4/26

  I run at the local fire company near this location. We’re about 3 miles away. We recently had a snow storm that shut everything down in the area for the day. We were happy that it was open here. We ordered 4 pizzas and honestly were shocked at the price. We didn’t get anything special. We were hungry and just paid for it since it was the only place open. We even drove the fire truck there and weren’t even offered a discount or even a thanks for your service or nothing. Really disappointing honestly. The pizza was honestly some of the worse pizza I have ever had from Papa johns. The crust had no seasoning on it like it normally did. And somehow the large pizzas seemed to be smaller than ever. Overall really made most of us very annoyed. Wish I would’ve taken pictures of the amount of crap we had to go to get the pizza and the pizzas in general. Not going to recommend anyone to come here after this experience.

  The pizza was not prepared as requested. Ordered an Epic garlic stuffed crust pizza well done with pepperoni and mushroom. Half was pepperoni half plain. No mushrooms. Crust was not garlic. Pizza was raw and doughy. Not well done. May have been a smaller size than large as requested. It was an epic mess for a total price with delivery and tip of $35. Very disappointing.
