  I visited this Panera on 4/10/26 after visiting the book store and Petco. I went inside to get food. I first used the restroom which was very clean, had a full soap container and plenty of paper towels. I proceeded to order my food and was satisfied with the service. I ordered a chicken and avocado BLT with no bacon. I sat down at the bench and waited about five minutes to get my sandwich. Once I got my food, I asked for napkins, but the lady said she already put napkins in the bag. Sweet! I got my food, left and ate in the car. The sandwich was ok. It didn't seem to have as much chicken and avocado on it as I had gotten from other Panera's but I was still satisfied. I would eat there again.

  People are taking orders that aren't theirs at the rapid pick up counter. You order and pay and someone else takes it? How is this okay?

  Came to Panera Bread all the time and the staff was always kind to me and my family food was always the best made fresh and the place was always sparkling clean definitely recommend coming my fav sandwich shop🥪🤤👍

  Just ordered two cups with the tablets. Went to get the cups but none were there. Had to ask and servers seemed confused. Did finally get them
