  Worst fast food experience of my life. Waited nearly an hour total in the drive-thru line (waited in one lane, cars in the other lane kept being helped but not me), went around to that other lane and complained about the wait, was told there’s only one worker and to cancel my order. Saw more than one employee through the lobby windows, and other people were continued to be served. This location deserves to be shut down. Do not patronize this McDonald’s.

  Last night I waited in the drive thru line for a whole 30 minutes. That enough made this experience upsetting. Then, we drive up to order and they tell us they will be with us in a minute, a couple of minutes pass. Then they say that they are only taking cash, AFTER waiting in line for those 30 minutes. I wish they could have told us earlier or just let us know of the situation that was happening (machine not working probably). I assume that's why the line was so long either that or just understaffed. I'm unsure. On top of all of that, a police officer was just making rounds around the place too which was very strange 💀. Also I wouldn't have given this McDonald's one star just for this. Everytime I go here with my coworker on break for those 30 minutes we have, we end up waiting the whole break to get our food. I then have to quickly drive us back and I can't even enjoy my mcchicken 😔. It's been like that everytime I've went there on break. Even if I order online or in person, the wait is the same amount of time so it doesnt even matter 💀.

  Its McDonalds on a highway, speed wont always be the fastest but it's McDonalds and you get what you pay for. I actually find this location to be cheaper than the one on Spring St. I'm not sure what seasonings they add to their nuggets, but it makes them 🔥! Pretty sure its black pepper, all I know is that the one on Spring St does not add this.

  Albert is, and will always be, one of my absolute favorite service reps at McDonald's here in reading PA. Not only did he accommodate my credit card discrepancy, he went above, and far beyond the call of duty to make my lunch a one in a billion. He gracefully provided an open door, and an amazing dialog both at the counter, and outside of work. What an amazing young man. I hope all my fast food needs from this point forward, are as exceptional as today. Thank you again Albert. P.s. when opportunity knocks, answer with the same enthusiasm that set this transaction up to be an unforgettable aquatintence, and an immovable memory. Albert for President!!!

  (Drive thru) I asked for "no salt fries". I specifically requested no-salt fries, but when I got my order and asked which ones were unsalted, the employee at the window casually said, “I don’t know, try them all.” There was no effort to fix the issue or replace the 'tge no salt ones".. To make matters worse, all the food was cold. Overall, it was a really disappointing experience with poor service and subpar food, especially considering the bill was over $30 in this economy.
