The lady said the $4 were no longer available. All I said that management should be aware that they still listed on their big menu. She said it was beyond her pay grade. It was not her job. I got she hated her job but when I tried to order from the $6 baggie menu. She only got the crispy sandwich she rushed me to the windows without having the chance to pick the other 2 sandwiches. I was so upset of her attitude that I just cancel the order. I used to work in restaurants and saw first hand what employees did to the food when they are annoyed with the customer. I loved going to Wendy's before my spouse passed away. From now on I will stop going to Wendy's.

She gave her a free cookie and asked for a review on top of taking care of her order quickly before mine even though I was there first. Once it was my turn and she was getting my order together I asked her if she put lettuce and tomato on my burger like I requested, she stated that she did. I watched her make my burger and not put lettuce on it, and once I got to the car I double checked, there was no lettuce. Maybe if I got a free cookie too I would have gave a better review even though you didn't get my order right.
