Their system might be slow as they need you to always “hold on” and aren’t able to follow when taking your simple order. One time the guy was literally yelling at me so I just drove off. Not paying to get yelled at. Your food isn’t that amazing that after a long work day I endure getting yelled at for no reason by your employees. Learn to be nice and management: fix whatever is making them so extraordinarily annoyed!
