The place was filthy. Tables had not been cleaned nor was the floor mopped or swept. Staff member sitting in the dining area talking to a patron in the mess. No line, barely any customers and none of the staff felt the need to at the very least, clean the tables.

Usually Wendy’s is really good, I used to work at one so I’d know. My boyfriend and I decided to go here since where we planned to go was closed. He ordered a Dave’s triple and the guy at the window had said they were waiting on more burgers to be made. As he said this we heard a worker say “who the hell needs this much food.” Which was a little frustrating to hear but whatever. We got our food, they forgot the sauce and only gave me three nuggets instead of the four I asked. The staff just isn’t pleasant and make sure to double check ur bag.

Ordered plain burgers for our kids (1pm on 12/27/25) meat and bread only — and they were made incorrectly with cheese. When my husband politely pointed it out, the cashier argued with him, saying “Didn’t you say no pickles and ketchup?” instead of fixing the mistake.
There was no apology, no courtesy, and a clear attitude problem. We were told to pull up and wait, which was fine, but when the food was handed to us, the employee walked away without saying anything — even after my husband said, “Thank you, have a good day.”
The issues didn’t stop there. Our fries were less than half full, and the replacement burgers were returned with grease all over the outside of the paper, making the bags messy and unpleasant to handle.
I’ve had good experiences at this location before, which makes today’s visit especially frustrating. This level of service is unacceptable and this employee needs serious retraining in both customer service and basic food handling.

They close early and accept online orders so you get there and can’t get your food. This is the second time this happened. Never go here
