Order was sent to the wrong address by the employee Nay- who happens to be the General Manager of the location. While I waited for well over 45 minutes for my delivery, I called and was told my driver just left. About 10 more minutes later, the driver finally called me to tell me she was outside and we discovered she was at the wrong address. I called the store to rectify this and was told it was the driver's fault by the GM. After several minutes of a back and forth conversation, she admitted the mistake was her doing but would not credit me back the full amount I paid and still deliver the food. I stated this error was not my fault and wanted to be compensated for the issue. It was over and hour and my co-workers were hungry and wanted food. The GM finally agreed to credit my account for the inconvenience and have the driver deliver my food. It was an additional 40 minutes later I waited. Horrible service, food was cold and the poor delivery driver was blamed for a mistake that was not her doing.
