I have come here multiple times and it it’s often like this. Other than that it’s a great place to eat.

I was very disappointed to learn that the money in the tip jar is taxed before dividing it amongst the staff. To me this is wrong. Cash tips should go directly to the staff. Their hourly wage is low and they shouldn't have to pay tax on those cash tips. Very wrong!!!

This one, horrible. Cup felt empty, outside of cup was covered in whipped cream and not cleaned off. I had to ask for napkins. Then when I opened to look inside as it felt like there was no liquid it was almost all white cream and appeared to be water. Not a taste of chocolate nor the color of chocolate. Extremely disappointed. I'm not sure if it was payback for not being able to hear them thru the drive thru. It was so low until the very end when I kept telling them I couldn't hear them, then it was loud. Never again. I was a huge fan.
