As we walked in toward the registers, there were about five male employees standing behind a counter near the food prep area. All of them stared at us with straight faces the entire time, which made us both really uncomfortable. One of the guys, who had longer hair, even shook his head side to side in a “no” motion as we walked by. It honestly felt like they didn’t look forward to us ordering or even being there. The energy in the room just felt tense and unwelcoming. Even if it wasn’t intentional, customers should be greeted with a friendly attitude, not stared down. I hope management looks into this, because that kind of atmosphere can really ruin the experience before the food even comes into play.
