I ordered no lettuce on my chicken wrap & of course they put enough to make a salad! My chicken tender was a deep fried muscle..yuk...so now I'm on the verge of becoming a vegetarian 😋 I added a light pump of cookie butter syrup 2 my iced coffee & it was filled 1/2way with syrup..it was overpowering & I threw it in the trash. That was such a waste of product...screaming children & overwhelmed staff... 🙄 maybe just an off day bc we all have them.

Normally i’m fine with this but there were a total of 7 cars that were pulled. what is the point of a drive thru if you’re just going to make everyone park and wait? lastly, the food i received was covered in grease and missing slices of cheese from our burgers.

I received food that appeared to have been tampered with and was unsafe to consume. When I brought this issue to the attention of the manager on duty, I was shocked and deeply offended when they responded with racial slurs and personal insults. This behavior is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. I am requesting that the store owner personally contact me to address this matter, as it raises serious concerns about both food safety and employee conduct. I dont want a link to corporate to complain I would like the curtacy of a phone call from the owner. Thank you for your immediate attention to this issue. I look forward to a prompt response.
