I placed an online order because it says they are open 24/7 and I go to pick it up and they're closed.
And the app or Google maps didn't say anything about them being closed temporarily.

DO NOT EAT HERE BRUH. We doordashed our food and it came only 15 minutes later. Apon opening the bag of food we had noticed all of the food looked as if it had been sitting out. We ordered a spicy chicken sandwich. But we couldn't even identify if it were really a spicy due to the dark color of the patty. In addition to the patty darkness, we ordered snack wraps that had also seemed to be sitting out for a long time. I had tried my best to forget about this experience but I have been suffering from food poisoning for the last 4 days.

Every time I come to this McDonald’s, there is always an issue with my order, and today was no different. I ordered two McChickens with cheese and ketchup, and somehow both sandwiches came out without the cheese—a simple request that was completely ignored.
This isn’t a one-off mistake. It feels like every visit turns into a problem, whether it’s missing items, incorrect modifications, or having to double-check the bag before leaving. Customers shouldn’t have to inspect their food just to make sure basic requests were followed.
Mistakes happen, but when it’s consistent, it shows a lack of attention to detail and care for customers. If you’re charging for add-ons, they should actually be on the food. Until this location improves accuracy and accountability, I’ll be avoiding it.
Very disappointing experience, yet again.
