Spoke with Lisa Ann at store pick up, and she not only refunded fees and tip, she went above and beyond to get rest of order brought immediately. Employees like her are needed and appreciated by customers. Door Dash doesn’t give you any satisfaction and allows dashers to take tip even if not worthy of it. Giant online should be extremely happy to have Lisa Ann as valued employee. She deserves above 5 stars. Thank you a lot.
- RTRenee TroutmanFeb 10, 20265.0I just went there last week to pick up some prescriptions, that my Giant store on Lancaster ave, said Dr sent by accident, they could've just canceled the one script & filled it there, but girl there was too busy I guess to do that for me, so now from now on ,I will be filling my scripts at your store instead..The Ladies in your pharmacy were sooo helpful & easy to talk to, had gotten all of my scripts in under an hr while shopping for things I needed. So I had a wonderful experience there..the store itself had everything else I needed...
