The staff member (Billi Jo Phillips) that took my order, came to me while I was waiting for my order, and said that it looked like I needed a hug. I broke down. Right there in the middle of Five Guys. She sat with me and talked to me the entire time I waited for my food. She was not going to allow me to leave as upset as I was. She was SUCH a comfort in my time of need, and I just wanted to give her HUGE shout out! Because she didn't have to do that. She didn't have to notice me. But not only did she notice me, she "saw" me, and she saw that I needed help. They called her in to work that night. She wasn't scheduled, and she didn't want to go in. But she did. She was there for me. Billi Jo is a keeper, Five Guys! And THANK YOU Billi Jo!

Its not a gourmet burger and the restaurant isn't fancy enough for one simple meal to be $20 and over. So much as I may sometimes want a 5 guys burger, I can't justify spending so much money when I have to feed more than myself. The last time I went the staff was very friendly, so no slight on them. But in this economy the prices are ridiculous.

Wrong idea , standing waiting for someone to wait on me . Went to the car to get more money , come back and wait another 4 min for the manager to tell someone to help me . 4 people standing around like I can ring up my own order. One young lady said hi but didn’t move from the back counter . Food extremely good and expensive but not for us today . Someone needs to get control of this place , so much attitude for this early . 11:30 and can’t trust my favorite burger spot to deliver . Maybe not my favorite spot anymore . DO BETTER!
