- LMLucas Messner1 day ago1.0Waited in the drive through for roughly 5 minutes, drove around and went inside to order my coffee, I could see the car timer was over 600 seconds for the car that had been waiting in front of me. I waited for 10 minutes to get a coffee that I ordered with one packet of sugar, it was almost undrinkable with the amount of sugar they put in it. 3 employees just standing around, I asked repeatedly after waiting for 5 minutes if they were going to make my cup of coffee of not( I wouldnt rush them if they were filling orders and doing anything, but 3 of them just standing in a group talking not waiting on the car in the drive through or me) , I will never stop here again, the turkey hill next door will get my business, if I had not already paid for my coffee I wouldve walked out

We asked for it to be remade and she threw our coffees into the sink proceeding to splash it every where. She put her hands all in our cups. It was absolutely horrific. We will never be back and probably will not go to another Dunkin.

When we open our breakfast sandwich and wake up wrap the eggs were grey. They went straight into the trash. I am unsure why whoever made these thought this was acceptable to serve.
- MMMatthew MessingerNov 14, 20251.0Please learn how to properly clean the kitchen equipment! I've been to this location twice now in the last six months or so. Both times, the food has had a metallic and chemical aftertaste to it. I definitely will not be wasting any more money here! The staff was fine, that wasn't the problem. It's just that the people who should be cleaning do not know what they are doing, if they are actually doing anything at all.
