- SMSharon MillerNov 23, 20252.0Went on the Saturday morning of the Christmas parade in Reading Pa. The line was out the door and service was very slow. You think they would have staffed up knowing that there would be extra business because of the parade. We finally got to order a dozen donuts for almost $14 only to find that there was hardly any variety to pick from and the ones that were available were very stale. Lots of lost revenue due to lack of staff and poor selection. I'll know better next year!

The coushins were ripped and the outside looked like a trash dump. I had to throw the hash browns away. Also a homeless lady was being very loud.

Not a single person in that location looked or acted like they wanted to be there—and thats fine—most people dont want ti be at work, but dont pass the bad attitudes to the customers and ruin their days. The cashier was literally laying her head down on the register while taking our orders. Playing their own music louder than the music in the restaurant—which was not appropriate for a public space.
