I went during the morning and will never again.

I ordered a medium decaf iced coffee through the Dunkin’ app, but after drinking about a quarter of it, I began feeling strange and realized it was regular coffee, NOT decaf. I’m extremely sensitive to caffeine, and consuming regular coffee can make me very sick. I’m honestly grateful I didn’t finish the drink, because the effects could have been much worse. This kind of mistake is NOT minor — it’s a SERIOUS safety concern. Providing regular coffee instead of decaf is a significant error that can have dangerous consequences for customers who cannot tolerate caffeine. I’m very disappointed that this happened, as accuracy on such a basic detail should be a given. If you are sensitive to caffeine or cannot have it, DO NOT come to this Dunkin.
