- RFRam Fam4 days ago1.0Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. They need to hire new people. Why give me an attitude when I ask for whip cream on my drink and say it already comes with whip cream. Then when I get my drink (that wasn’t even made correctly but I accepted it and didn’t say a word) I see on my receipt I get charged A DOLLAR for whip cream. When I ask why I was charged if it came with it she said “oh not that drink”. I’ll insert a picture of my drink EXACTLY how it was given to me. At least give me a dollar worth of whip cream!
