- BBbkhass52174Feb 19, 20263.0I ordered two crispy fish sandwich’s on the app. When I got home both sandwiches had cheese and tomato on them and one sandwich was so globbed up with tartar sauce it was a soggy mess that fell apart when I picked it up. I ended up throwing it away. I usually like Arby’s but this is unacceptable when two sandwiches cost $10 and you can’t even eat one of them. The order wasn’t correct and the food was disgusting. I will think long and hard before coming back. I can get a really good hoagie or cheesesteak for $10

But a complete renovation, brand new menu and those wildly popular steak tips have resulted in bumper to bumper traffic in the drive through lane and not a single empty parking spot on the lot. I went in on a crazy Sunday afternoon. The 2 counter people were overwhelmed, as well as the drive through and kitchen staff. But they ALL had the same things in common: courteous, polite and big smile attitudes. Great job guys!
