Idk what happened but now, every time I come, I wait almost 20 minutes. Today, we waited for about 5 minutes while 3 people in the other lane got their orders taken. The 1 texter that they had went to take the next person in that lane when I had to let her know that we were here before those people. By the time we got our order taken, there was one car in front of us. I saw that they got 2 drinks (a coffee chiller, and a fizz) they waited another 5 minutes or so for their drinks. By the time we made it up to the lane person, 6 cars in the other lane got their orders taken, got their drinks, and left. Texters are supposed to zig zag through both lines, but they never do. And only one machine was open during a very large rush. The employees are always nice, but it is unbelievably slow every time we go, and multiple times now, our orders were completely wrong. I understand it's not the employees fault and I genuinely feel bad because they always look so stressed. I just dont understand how management and/or corporate has not done something about the issue yet.
