  Not very well good listener I asked for a medium hot Carmel latte and when they handed to me it was a latte made you you made a mistake and don’t consider to remaking my drink beside just adding the caramel and handed it back that way still give my profit to the women making the drinks it ain’t her fault it’s the attendant taking the order so unsatisfactory.

  Unfortunately there is no option for zero Stars the atmosphere in this location is sad and somber and depressing the staff doesn't smile speak greet you. Every time I come here with my daughter I'm constantly asking where is the manager there is never a manager present and it's always understaffed with long lines. And to top it off, after waiting long the food was cold. I will not be revisiting this location again. I do hope the higher-ups that read this take this seriously because either the staff needs to be retrained on customer service and hospitality or acquire a new staff in its entirety.

  I ordered a hot medium macchiato through the drive-thru, the milk tasted like is going bad, it tastes bitter not only that the drink was even cold, I went inside the later from the window call somebody Else to help me out I think it was the person in charge of the business I explained what happened but she had bad attitude like she couldn't believe me because she said she recently opened a new gallon of milk, she agreed to make a new one she started making it on the machine and went ahead and take your other customers while my coffee was sitting for a few minutes getting once again cold I asked her to please finish my coffee and she answer and better again she needed to handle the customers first I was there first and she started my coffee first and she didn't do it not only has a bad service but a bad product coffee was horrible once again cold, I'll buy my coffee for so many years in this place and with all the management was very good coffee was great service was great but this time he sucks I don't recommend anybody to go there, hot coffee is meant to be to be drink hot no cold that you have a better service and take care of customers and give their coffee as soon as they make it no sit in there to get cold, the milk was sitting on the counter instead of being in the refrigerated maybe that's why it gets bad

  I ordered a 10 count of munchkin yesterday, got to work and was eating like nothing was wrong until I bit this one and almost lost a tooth, it was not freezer just rock hard. I couldn’t do anything till I was done with work because I work in a school, so I get off my shift and go back to where I got this munchkin and the staff was like there’s nothing we can do because we don’t have a manager on duty so come back tomorrow and we have nothing to do with the munchkin because they come from New Jersey. You should always be checking the quality of the food your giving out, no matter where you get it from and I shouldn’t have to wait to talk to a manager or be told to come back a another day due to carelessness, imagine I was giving those out to my students. Also have a video showing how hard it is.
