  I came here with my mom for the 3rd time. My order had forgotten to be taken, and no one realized to I was at the front. On top of that our drinks were put on the fly, just for my cup to be to the brim with ice. It was definitely good, but seriously all that in one visit. Perviously it was wrong size or just wrong flavor and I left it be.

  I love it! I don't drink coffee but they have amazing energy drinks!! And fast lines ive never waited over 10mins

  The staff was so friendly and the coffee was a 10!! Absolutely amazing! Would def recommend! 🤩 keep it up yall!!

  my girlfriend & her friend visited 7 brew for lunch yesterday. my girlfriend being lactose intolerant, knows many of the drinks have dairy. she specifically asked for OAT MILK & long story short, she did NOT get what she asked for. instead, she spent the rest of the night in pain & feeling shaky. workers there also came across as unprofessional & poorly supervised.

  Me and my boyfriend come here often. we were excited when we found out that 7brew would be closer than west lawn. Since this location opened there has been inconsistencies with drinks. Either it’s completely wrong or tastes very different then it should. Sometimes wrong drink entirely when the worker assure me it is correct. My boyfriend only drinks black iced tea. And at west lawn we have a great experience no issues. At this location I gave them a benefit of the doubt in the beginning as they just opened and needed to learn. It is now been months of the same bad behavior and it’s not changing. wrong drinks or drink not being made how they were ordered. We wait in line for longer than most others just for tea as I have already received my drink. When asking for ice tea at this location often none is made and are giving water with tea bags. This is super unprofessional to give the customer no other options or to tell us they are out. I have complained and the worker just apologize. Which I understand but we should be told if something is unavailable so we can make better choices on the products. The drinks cost way to much to be wrong almost every time. I won’t be frequenting this location anymore even though it is 15 minutes closer to me.
