  I was in a rush and stopped by to quickly buy some food and get back on the road. Ty who greeted me as soon as I walked in was super helpful and eager to get my order done as soon as possible. He was helping other customers at the same time too! Just a super nice guy and the food was very tasty too. I would definitely go back!

  This smashburger was great! The food was cooked perfectly, the dining room was clean and the staff were friendly. Revell was especially welcoming and helped us figure out the menu ensuring we ordered the right meals for us. Highly recommend this smashburger if you’re in the area!

  Smashburger is my 'go-to' -- for a tasty chicken smashburger that is well-seasoned -- on a soft bun -- but importantly, it is offered by a staff that is (always) kindly and usually offering a smile along with the service. This means a lot, as there are many places in the area to grab a sandwich, but this place is welcoming, with a comfortable feeling -- and it really does come from to the staff...from the manager, to the food preparers, and the servers. This kind of service is really priceless, and deserves recognition! :D

  The food was ok, the cashier was fixated on the girl in front of us and barely paid attention to our order. While he did take it all down (I double checked), he failed to give us the milk for the kids meal or the milkshake. I waited patiently for him to have no customers and asked about them. He gave us the milk but went and forgot the milkshake again. I decided I’m not going to beg for something I paid for. The food was ok, the service sucked. This place is dead to me.

  The manager on staff on 3/29 should be fired. The Smashburger chain should be embarrassed by how this specific location handles customers and business. At 12 PM on a Sunday, the location was clearly not busy before or during our visit, yet we were told we could not order a classic double or a large fry. Instead, they tried to upsell us by pushing more burgers and smaller fries to increase profit. It was obvious this was not due to a shortage, but a money-driven tactic. They were not kind about it. The cashier appeared uncomfortable with the manager, even whispering “no large fries” while we were ordering. There was no eye contact, no apology, and no explanation. We will also be contacting corporate. I hope the shift manager sees this and feels embarrassed by how she conducted herself, and that the general manager addresses it appropriately. Experiences like this reflect poorly on employees and damage the credibility of the entire chain. This is a lose your job type of complaint and should be handled seriously. We will never return and will be sure to tell friends and family not to go. This was not a shortage, and any claim that it was would be a clear lie.
