I have been here multiple times and it seems inconsistent, but after tonight I will never go back. I ordered a Tomahawk steak and 1/3rd of it was all excessive fat, not marbling fat but inedible chunks of gum. For a drink I ordered an extra dirty Grey Goose martini and it came with blue cheese olives which I hate, and when I asked the waitress why was there blue cheese olives she said, "because that's what dirty means." I politely replied that dirty just means extra brine and she took it back but first spotted a manager and I heard her basically being frustrated because I didn't want that drink. Well, I didn't order that drink, so why would I want it? When you end up paying just short of $400 for two, you expect more. Maybe not Butcher or Barclay more, but at least Capital more, and this place just isn't it.

Came here about two weeks ago with my husband, son and mother in law to celebrate her 60th birthday. Both the food and service were amazing. Our waitress (who I think was named Nancy) went above and beyond! She not only acknowledged my 8 month old son but brought him some fruit to eat and offered to cut his steak. She was kind and personable. It felt like we were with an old friend. The food was cooked excellently. We would definitely return!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5-Star Review ~ Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse From the moment I walked through the doors at Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse, the experience was exceptional. I was greeted immediately by the staff, and with a reservation already in place, I was shown to my table effortlessly and without any worries. Service was prompt, attentive, and seamless from start to finish. My steak was cooked to a perfect medium—tender, flavorful, and effortless to cut. I also ordered a lobster tail, and the staff went above and beyond by offering to remove it from the shell for me. They even brought out preheated butter at the table, which was such a thoughtful touch. The lavender butter and warm rolls were delicious, and the salad and vegetables were fresh and well-prepared. The dessert was not to be taken lightly either—it was absolutely delicious and the perfect finishing touch to an already outstanding meal. What really impressed me was the teamwork. Multiple staff members checked in on me throughout the evening, even if they weren’t the person who originally seated me. It made the experience feel genuinely cared for. The manager also stopped by to introduce themselves and ask about my meal, which showed real pride in their service and hospitality. Overall, Fleming’s is a fantastic place for any occasion. I was simply celebrating life, and they made it feel special. I definitely recommend going there.

We had another absolutely amazing dining experience at Flemings steakhouse. When we arrived, at first I was a bit disappointed when we learned the Bobby was not available this evening to be our server. But Juliana came over with her big smile and promised us that she was gonna give us just as good, if not better service than Bobby- that made our evening for us. We were enjoying our cocktails that were perfectly prepared while we were looking over the menu. I had to order the crab cakes as I always do for my appetizer. Both of us ordered the fillet and 12 oz lobster tail which was absolutely out of this world. I must say that we thought that the 12 oz lobster tail was going to be tough because of the size but the chef at Flemings proved us wrong because it was so tender and so tasty. In fact when Melinda the manager came over, I mentioned that to her and she totally agreed and said that the chef does an outstanding job in preparing the lobster tails. We really enjoyed our conversation with her as as we told her what a good job Juliana was doing this evening. We ended our evening by ordering the brownie for dessert which was just so yummy. We must say that Juliana was extremely attentive, cordial and friendly throughout the entire evening. She catered to our every request so thank you for that Juliana. The chef as always did an outstanding job with the food preparation. Thanks to everyone for making this another amazing dining experience but most especially thanks to Juliana !!!
