- TCT CMar 10, 20261.0Prescription called in for a HOSPICE patient at 9am (after our hospice RN called SOMEONE answering your phone to make sure it was "available"). 1030 am we were told by SOMEONE answering your phone that it would be ready by 12pm. Arrived at pharmacy 1230pm and we were told you "don't even have that medication (in stock)". Whats most unacceptable is the response, "that wasnt me who answered the phone". So, you just have random, uneducated people answering your phones, giving out wrong info and wasting precious time with our DYING FATHER! You people are disgusting.
