  Very frustrating experience at this Wendy’s location. My order was made incorrectly with pork products. I spoke with a former manager who told me I could come back any time with the name for a remake. When I returned, I was told a refund wasn’t possible because “the system doesn’t work like that after the day is over.” Then Amy told me she could replace the three meals, but when I came inside, she changed it and said she needed approval. After speaking with Corey and Maji, the answer became no, and I wasn’t accommodated at all. Maji said “it would be coming out of our pockets” as if I don’t matter that my money was gone to waste over their mistakes. He also said “what took so long to come back?” As if I have to eat fast food everyday. I made multiple trips based on what staff told me, received inconsistent information, and no one made any real effort to look up my receipt or fix the issue. Being told twice that it would be handled and then denied both times is unacceptable. To make things worse, the phone number listed doesn’t work or isn’t answered, so there’s no easy way to resolve issues. Overall, this was a complete waste of time and very poor customer service. I expected better.

  Ordered my meal through the app to save time (4:45 pm). Got there with only two cars in front and thought it shouldn’t take long. Pulled up to the window at 5:00, then had to wait almost 15 minutes for two plain spicy chicken sandwiches and a small fry, losing more time than I had thought I would.

  I like Wendy's. We are in love with the double cheeseburger and fries. Good customer service.
