- IFI love FoodFeb 19, 20261.0They need to train the service desk staff better, one lady doesn’t know anything about rain checks etc and won’t help us. Horrible service

Slimy salad and I got a bag of broccoli in a pick up order and it was BLACK! The smell was insane. Some of the women that work here are SUPER rude, just miserable. The last time I went will be the last time just because of how rude they were! I will be going to walmart and Aldi.

Said something to the front desk, she rudely replied “like we have anyone to help with that?” Very sanitary conditions for staff who are handling food items to the customers shopping for them. I bought a bag yesterday nov 13, expiration is nov 18 , I used it today and It was a soggy mess. I live in the 55 + a mile away, I will be driving to the Walmart 3 miles or wegmans 10 miles away to get fresher produce., and fresher seafood and beef . When we moved here 17 years ago giant was a great store, how times have changed
