Had to go inside and they didn't offer an apology or even throw in something small like an extra donut for the inconvenience. The drink mainly tasted like sparkling water which isn't typical if what I normally order. Will not be back to this location.

The location is poorly managed and the building is ran down. Go to Yum Yum up the street - 100x better!! Unlike Dunkin, their donuts are made on-site and they’re adequately staffed.
