Started with one car at the window in front of us. We waited for 5 min before anyone took our order. After a 15 min wait we were told they are starting to brew my decaf. What??!! They lost many customers waiting behind us. Management, training, processes need to change. We have given enough opportunities but after this, we will not be back.
