- RRRajDec 13, 20251.0Complaint Regarding Overcharge for Guacamole On my visit to the Chipotle in Quakertown, PA today (December 13, 2025), I was incorrectly charged for guacamole when ordering a Veggie Bowl. Chipotle's policy clearly states that guacamole is included at no extra charge with vegetarian entrees. I requested the guacamole on the side, and upon checkout, the cashier applied the full charge. When I questioned this, the staff member informed me that the store "always charges if it's on side, doesn't matter if its a veggie bowl," which directly contradicts company policy. This reflects a clear error in charging policy and requires correction, including a refund for the extra charge. Furthermore, when I asked to speak with a manager to resolve this policy violation and obtain a refund, the front lady refused, stating the manager was "too busy to speak with anyone." This lack of accountability and refusal to address a customer complaint about an incorrect charge is unacceptable customer service. I request immediate action to refund the incorrect guacamole charge and ensure the Quakertown staff is properly trained on the policy that guacamole is included free of charge with all Veggie Entrees, even when requested on the side.
