I have been Eating hear every night for months now and I just wanna say the drive threw service has wonderfull individuals running it. They are kind considerate understanding and generous people. I appreciate everything they do.

Dining room says it is open till 10. Lady said they don't like people eating in close to 9 (I came in at 8:45 and waited a few minutes to be acknowledged). Manager came out and there started to be an argument between the two so I left. I felt very awkward and all I wanted was a bite to eat after a long day at work. Won't be back.

My wife wanted the new steak nuggets so we went. A bit of a long wait but it was understandable being around noon. The gentleman serving us was polite and was apologetic for the wait. The fries were clearly old and the steak nuggets were just ok, not worth the price even a little. Will not be back.

Kathy is unbearable. If you read the reviews it shows and also shows that management does nothing to fix it. Rest of the staff is great. Kathy is just a miserable disrespectful human. Im sure the "owner" of this reharbys will leave a comment saying to visit the customer service website but the complaint form works about as much as Kathy, not at all
