  The cheesesteak was half the size of what the menu pic looked like , the steak meat maybe filled half the roll. Wings were over cooked . The gf didn’t want to complain because I already had an issue with the cheesesteak . They never brought out my tater tots we ordered And the waitress couldn’t care less while I’m talking to her she’s walking away, not wanting to hear any of this . The triple burger that was ordered by her son looked fantastic so good job there . Otherwise, he was empty, and I had to look for somebody to get drinks refilled. It seemed like all the employees were in the corner of the bar. Having a good time there were maybe five people in the restaurant.. just a bad experience overall the manager reluctantly did give an eight dollar discount. The waitress would’ve had a lot better tip if she actually would’ve stood there and listened instead of walking away while I was speaking. First and last time I patronize this restaurant. .

  We ordered wings for delivery late night on Saturday at 11 PM. Our initial delivery time estimated was midnight. As midnight got closer, the delivery time pushed further and further out. For example at 11:50 it said 12:15. At 12:15 it said 12:25. At 12:25 it said 12:40. It seemed like we would never get our order! The driver appeared to be within 1 mile of the restaurant throughout that whole time. Here’s the worst part. At 12:43 our order was cancelled. Not by us and with no explanation. According to the tracking the info said it was cancelled because we picked it up, which we certainly did not do. So we had waited 2 hours for a delivery that never came, and of course by 1AM we were out of options. WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD! And it’s a shame because BWW is a favorite of my household.

  2/28/26 430 pm Told by waitress that they ran out of forks! Slow waitress service,and place was not full Wing sauces seemed off Wait staff never ask if we wanted second drinks We do not plan on returning to this location Also ask for table near entrance due to my handicap in walking,giving seat at back near restrooms

  Server is nice food was good soda taste terrible every single fountain drink either they don't clean the machine or ice is dirty either way unacceptable and it's a safety hazard hopefully they correct it.
