I dont know what changed, but the last month im paying $3-$4 EXTRA, (I spend on average $25 a day) just to get maybe a pump of butter pecan in my coffee. I drink the same thing every day so I know what its supposed to taste like. I ask to get it remade and the entire staff acts like Im insulting them. I have been called every name imaginable for wanting what im paying for..
