  The attitude from the staff is terrible. As I took my son and niece for ice cream. I clearly was an inconvenience to them by ordering 4 things to go and asked for sprinkles on kids ice cream, half sprinkles.

  Our last experience here was exceptionally poor. I will say it was pretty busy and there was only 3 people working, so there is that. We did a mobile order as we had 7 items. 6 of the 7 came out good, but the one blizzard was missing syrup and the bottom half of the cup was all vanilla ice cream, so it was not made well. The main complaint is that we were standing there for 20 minutes past the estimated time before we got our food. And it would have been longer if we didnt need to cut the line to ask where it was. The app says to wait at the pick up area, and we figured they would call our name LIKE EVERY OTHER MOBILE ORDER FAST FOOD CHAIN. But when we finally were able to cut through the constant flow of people, they basically said we needed to tell them we were here... but the app notifies the place when you get near by... And we made clear eye contact with the staff several times who you would think would ask about our order. So overall the food came out okay minus the one thing, but their mobile order management is a disaster.

  Stop here tonight and the young girl working at the register wasn't very pleasant and took my order messed up my one ice cream she then proceeded to turn around slammed it into the trash can and then proceeded to make a new one and then put it on the counter and spilled it again and then just put the lid on then I asked for extra pineapples and she literally just gave me juice on top of my Sunday few times I have gone in their and these young girls aren't very nice I mean I get it I have a teenager daughter but tonight was very unprofessional on her part and if you having a bad day I get it but she wasn't approachable just attitude the whole time ...point is you don't treat customers they way she did and I totally would understand if they were busy but we were the only people in there.. won't be going their for a while !
