Then I went in to use the restroom, and all I got was constant banging on the door from the workers the whole time. Then they disrespectfully told me I took too long(which I took 5 minutes), and told me that I must buy something to use the bathroom, even though I did buy something through their drive thru and they never had a sign or policy posted saying so. Workers service was minimum effort, music was so loud that when I yelled out to someone to “stop banging please”, they said they couldn’t hear me, I will take my business to another Dunkin.

Went through drive through and they were talking and mingling around.. Also there was nobody else in the store.. even though the sticker says caramel craze got something else??
