I stopped in yesterday before going to work for a quick bite. Two girls noticed me..said nothing. I stood there for five minutes with nobody else in line waiting for my order to be taken. Finally another lady if I needed anything and I told her I had been standing there for five minutes and nobody had waited on me yet. Seemed like they would rather be talking and dealing with the drive thru. The GM came out, took my order, then gave me a free lunch..which was very nice. I was more than ready to pay but two thumbs up to this GM for the respect he showed me. I would have given a five star, but when you blatantly get ignored? Hope the two girls learned their lesson in customer service. I work retail and I wasn’t abt to be a Karen. Thank you GM..

Every table was dirty when I came in with my daughter. The team was grumpy. I had to throw out my sandwich because it was cooked rare. The Mac and cheese was hot on top and cold in the middle. The French fries were old and poorly seasoned.
