- AAAveMar 27, 20263.0Great staff but they don’t understand what mocha is. Every time I get any other drink it’s great but want to order a mocha latte with Equal, don’t bother. You will always get a bland, sugarless coffee with barely any milk.

Then I went in to use the restroom, and all I got was constant banging on the door from the workers the whole time. Then they disrespectfully told me I took too long(which I took 5 minutes), and told me that I must buy something to use the bathroom, even though I did buy something through their drive thru and they never had a sign or policy posted saying so. Workers service was minimum effort, music was so loud that when I yelled out to someone to “stop banging please”, they said they couldn’t hear me, I will take my business to another Dunkin.
