  This McDonalds prepared the absolute worst food ever by any McDonalds for my grandchildren! The two Hapoy Meals were ordered "cooked to order" and these two meals were anything but fresh! The French fries and nuggets were as hard as a rock and the kids could not even eat them. You could haved skipped these nuggets across the lake. The fries were so hard they sounded like a pencil breaking in half. As we were already down the highway we couldn't return. I called McDonalds after getting home and had the most unpleasant worker named JOSH answer the phone! I asked him who the GM was for this location and he said the GM is on vacation for a week (which really shouldn't be publicized). I asked for her name and he gave it. I then asked who is the next in line under her. He responded Sarah. I asked when she would be in and he said he didn't know and couldn't give that information out. I then asked who was the girl working the window. He said he had no idea. I said it would have been in the last 30 to 40 min. He said he didn't know. I then asked for the corporate number and he said " look it up yourself". I said I don't work for McDonalds, you do. JOSH was very rude and said he is too busy and short staffed to look it up and had only 4 people working. ( my thoughts at this answer was if are so short staffed, how do you not know who was working the window). What elevated me to review this location on google was the fact that Josh never asked at any point why I was calling or if there was something he could help me with! He never asked me what my order number was. Josh never asked if he could give my phone number to a manager to call when available I would never trust this McDonalds again for any food and would never allow myself to be treated in such a rude manner by any of its workers, especially Josh! I will never be returning to this McDonalds that provides subpar food that is horrible and totally unsafe for toddlers to eat! I highly recommend that you pass this location up and go anywhere else! The most disappointing experience ever at a fast food restaurant! If I had guess about why this happened, I would say these four workers made nuggets and fries in bulk and let them sit under lamps for long periods of time until they sold. Terrible food either way.

  The inside is decorated beautifully and Alexis was helping another crew member. Absolutely wonderful to speak to kind and patient and if you like vanilla iced coffee ask Alexis to make it, she puts in a full cup of Love 🥰💖

  The lady rang me up, I asked her to have the machine put more ice in the drink, she tells me its pre- made ( I worked for mcds 3 times 20 yrs ago and trained people on this exact drink) and couldn't do that. I told her that it could be done + I order it ALL the time. Then I say, "No whip, add oreo and extra caramel", SHE RINGS IT IN CORRECTLY. Did NOT take off the deal but told me after the fact that the code didnt go through. So , I ask for a refund& to be rung in again. Her: oh my God, help her! (talking to another worker) Same DISRESPECTFUL worker makes the drink REGULARLY, WITH whipped cream and NO oreo. whole thing was a NIGHTMARE & she needs written up or fired with that attitude and no focus. AND she was eating an oreo while ringing me up, UNPROFESSIONAL. **DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS MCDONALD'S**
