We asked for a cup of water for our toddler and they asked for 50cents. My wife didn't have change on her and they wouldn't give her the water; she had to leave and ask me to go back just to pay for 50cents cup fee. Very upset and disappiointed with the customer service here. We regret tiping them! Totally didn't deserve it!

I tried calling the number on the receipt & it went straight to voicemail twice. I found another number online & called 5 times but it just rang busy & than disconnected.

Instead of an employee coming out to help me get out so I can least get my order they stood watch me and didn’t even offer a shovel. Another person going thru drive thru got stuck as well and we helped each other. Staff at this location very unprofessional didnt offer help all they did was laugh and didn’t care.
- DDDenisseFeb 8, 20261.0Shovel your drive thru!! Beware if you have any type of sedan going through the drive thru. Even for SUVs!! I saw two SUVs struggle and slide getting through the drive thru area because of the mountain of snow piled up. Our sedan got stuck in the snow and after struggling for a few minutes we had to back out and go inside to pickup. The front bottom shield of our car got ripped off because of all the snow and had to take the car to a mechanic to get a quick repair so we could continue our way home. This is unacceptable and no apology from this location after telling them they had to shovel their drive thru.
