I was literally standing at the counter for almost ten mins while FIVE employees were behind the counter. Finally, I got tired of just staying there so I asked can I be helped? ERNESTO was his name, he turned around and had the nerve to say….”we’re occupied right now”🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️like r u kidding me? U do not say that to a customer. I worked as a server n I would NEVER say that to a customer. It was very rude and inconsiderate. I ordered four drinks and proceeded to wait at least ANOTHER ten mins for my drinks. They weren’t even that busy so I’m not understanding what the issue was? If I could give -2 stars, I would. However, the girl that did take care of me at the counter was very kind and nice. But Ernesto, if you’re reading this, you need to get your people skills up And quit the job you’re at cause you’re very rude and inconsiderate and always remember CUSTOMERS ARE ALWAYS RIGHT!!!!
