  The staff at Cava are very polite and friendly. The food has always been fresh. I highly recommend the braised lamb. Don’t sleep on the juice bar too, I like to mix the cucumber mint lime with the tangerine. It goes crazy. They also keep the dining area clean. My favorite place for lunch or dinner.

  I did create your own bowl. The food is always so fresh, delicious and the staff is always so friendly ! Tyler was very knowledgeable and efficient with my order ! Definitely will keep coming back
