  At least 1/3 of the games were broken or not working, all without signage, so they ate our money. Some of the larger games, like racing games, were just wholly unscannable for our card. We also could not scan our card to check our balance at any of the machines. No one was manning the hostess stand at the restaurant portion. All of the staff disappeared and the only person on the floor was the bartender and an employee on her laptop. A woman fell in the lobby and no one was there to see or help her. When an employee was told what happened, he LOUDLY in front of the woman who fell said “Maaaannnn I love Sundays 🙄”

  Ehhh, I’m not the one for reviews but I thought that I should leave one here. I came here with my significant other just to have a little bit of fun. Before we came, we purchased a digital card so that we could just go straight in and enjoy the fun, but… majority of the games we tried were broken, meaning that when we swiped the card it still took the chips even tho it wouldn’t let us play. Disappointing I know. Not to mention it’s very small with a repeat of basically the same games. We ordered nachos that barley had any cheese or chicken but we still tipped because the lady was nice. I wouldn’t really recommend this place… but you do what you want.

  I was there with a social group last Thursday night called Kaleidoscope Family Solutions and we all had a great time eating dinner and then playing games the staff showed professionalism by first the staff member at the front desk Matt explained how the power cards worked and then our waitress took very good care of us by making sure everything was good I would definitely come back again I would recommend it to anyone who likes arcade games and food at the same time I got the Cheesesteak Egg Rolls and they came out perfect

  I visited this location on Saturday March 21st. I sat to eat at the downstairs location with my children & some friends. Our service was horrible!!! Our waitress made it her business to let us know that she put in her 2 weeks notice & that she was being worked like a dog. Every time we seen her she was running her mouth with other people. She would barely come back to the table. It took over an hour to get our food. She messed up the checks that my friends asked to separate. She paid someone else check with the her card. She had to refund my friend & correct it. I repeatedly asked for a box for the food, and she took forever to do so. I asked for a bag for my food at least 5 times to the point where I had to ask a different waitress & she got it to us immediately. We spent more time at the table than we did playing games. We didn't even get to use half of our points on the card, because we spent so long at the dinning location.

  We went on a Wednesday night around 10:00 p.m. The restaurant was empty not a lot going on but karaoke. There was an offer about dollar wing between the 17th of March and the 6th of April The waitress was unaware of offer. I was able to find the offer that was sent to me via text and the manager did honor it for me so I was very pleased about that. He was very accommodating and altered our check with no problem It did take a little long to get food and seeing as though the restaurant wasn't busy. There was 1 other couple who was being served at the bar. The food did come out hot and it was pleasing. Only other issue that confused me was when we originally ordered the wings, we were told it was an 8 count at the regular menu price when we received our initial order they were only 7 wings but since we had the offer an additional order was coming out but that too was only 7 wings so I was confused. if I didn't get that special offer would I have been shorted one wing and at 1699 that makes a difference. One other thing I would like to mention is on the check I did the calculations several times the suggested tip amount just did not add up correctly even if I did not receive the discount their suggested percentages for tip are off they're higher than it should be so beware do your own calculation as to how much you want to tip and do not take those suggestion see for yourself.
