  This is the worst Dunkin on the planet!! Always slow, always an issue, and now I go this morning and the espresso machine is broken. I order from the app, so I wasnt offered anything except a hot/iced coffee or a refresher. I just paid $8.00 for a large machiato and you want to offer me a $1.99 coffee in its place!! Then I go to the window and my order was practically thrown at me without a greeting, without an apology or any human acknowledgment. Go pound sand!! I will drive to Murrysville from now on!!

  I stopped at this Dunkin’ Donuts on a whim, and I am so glad I did. The staff greeted me with genuine smiles, and the energy inside the store was surprisingly cheerful for a quick-stop location. Everything was clean, well-stocked, and smelled delicious the moment I arrived. I only picked up a single donut, but now I wish I had grabbed at least three more. The texture was soft and fresh, with just the right amount of sweetness. No staleness, no dryness, and no weird aftertaste like you sometimes get elsewhere. You could tell these were handled with care. The glaze was evenly applied and didn’t overpower the flavor of the dough. Simple, classic, and just plain good. What really stood out to me was how fast and smoothly everything went. No delays, no confusion, no waiting around awkwardly. I got through there in less than five minutes, which is rare these days. It might seem like a small thing, but a good donut at the right time can make your whole day better. This place delivered. I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in the area, probably with a much bigger order.

  Waited 45 minutes for an order placed at 6:30am. I had to leave and sent an employee to find out where the order was around 9am. Order was still not completed. The employees carelessly filled the order and sent her out with a few dirty looks. If the store can't handle online orders in addition to customers in the store, then they shouldn't be taking online orders.

  My niece and I just Love going here for their Delicious cold and hot drinks! And their Breakfast Sandwiches are Delicious too!
