I order from the app, so I wasnt offered anything except a hot/iced coffee or a refresher. I just paid $8.00 for a large machiato and you want to offer me a $1.99 coffee in its place!! Then I go to the window and my order was practically thrown at me without a greeting, without an apology or any human acknowledgment. Go pound sand!! I will drive to Murrysville from now on!!
